Michelle M. Guillien is a partner in the firm. She focuses her practice on family law. She practices in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Michelle graduated with high distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1991. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Paralegal magna cum laude from Winona State University in 1989. She has served as an adjunct professor in the paralegal program at Winona State University.
Michelle handles a full caseload of cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance (formerly alimony), enforcement of judgments, paternity and cohabitation issues. She has extensive experience handling appeals of family law cases as well.
Ms. Guillien practices in La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon, Trempealeau and Buffalo counties in Wisconsin and Houston and Winona counties in Minnesota.

Margarita Van Nuland is a partner in the firm. She focuses her practice in family law cases involving divorce, child support, child custody, maintenance, contempt, paternity and cohabitation issues.
Attorney Van Nuland has practiced law in Wisconsin since 1992. She has extensive trial experience primarily in the areas of family and criminal law. She also handles numerous guardianship cases and acts as guardian ad litem in matters involving children and the elderly.
Ms. Van Nuland is a certified mediator and an adjunct professor of Business Law at Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Ms. Van Nuland's practice areas include the counties of La Crosse, Monroe, Trempealeau, Vernon, Buffalo and Juneau.
